"I started in this field working as a Mac Operator for a printing company. I then developed a passion for graphic design and continued to take on more graphic design projects within this company. I decided to go out on my own in 2001.
The skills that I learnt in prepress highly complimented my graphic design - knowing all about the print process, colours, plates, paper stock, printing etc proved to be an invaluable technical asset in developing client’s work within budgets and achievable within the printing realm. I have produced numerous large format and smaller design jobs. I also keep up-to-date with software experience and changes in the production process."

"After completing a graphic design degree I gained work experience within the printing industry, along with several years working as an in-house graphic designer for a large group of companies. From this I have gained a range of experience, including branding and design consistency.
I have now been at KT Design for almost 4 years and enjoy working in Hamilton. I also thrive on learning new things and have recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Marketing to further my knowledge in branding and advertising."

“After many years in the travel industry, I retrained in 2006 as a graphic designer at Media Design School. I gained valuable experience from my first design role in Auckland, through numerous layout projects, including magazine publications, newsletters, catalogues, brochures and flyers.
It's great to be part of the KT Design team, where I can further my passion for design, while working closely with clients to meet deadlines, and at the same time ensuring attention to detail and adhering to brand standards."

"I gained a Bachelor of Media Arts degree at WINTEC over seven years ago, and started working as a print and motion graphics designer with an international engineering consultancy firm. I then joined a digital media agency, where I specialised in web and social media design, working on large database-driven projects, as well as SME websites.
I joined KT Design to develop my knowledge in the print design medium, as well as to continue to utilise my skills in web design and online social interaction."
